Born into a family of Sicilian restauranteurs, Gian Paolo has been exploring the facets of human connection his entire life. After growing through the ranks in his family restaurants, GP left for a long stint in Corporate America, where he learned the language of doing business on a large scale. Once he had his fill of the corporate world, GP took a deep dive inward to access the deeper parts of himself, moving to central America and becoming a Yoga Instructor and Reiki practitioner. Combining his Yoga credentials with his MBA and Sommelier Certification, GP goes deep to offer a unique connected experience.
